YEYE is a writer and essay manga artist based in Seoul, South Korea. Moonge is a fluffy white dog with droopy ears beloved by YEYE. She aims to capture the dog's present moments in their artwork through repeated drawing and observation. In April 2022, they published the book "Gurumon," which offers a perspective from Moonge, imagining what it would be like if the dog could write.
YEYE also has a deep connection to Japan and shares illustrations and paintings on social media, gaining attention from many fans in Japan.
